Happiness all around

Do you suppose that I am the only one who straightens and faces a store's display when I'm stuck in line behind someone at the register who is taking forever??

I've noticed that when I'm distracted by something, I can be as patient a sleeping baby

When I'm not...well, let's just say that I'm not the most patient person in the world

Normally I have Hubby to distract me, but we were in a hurry and so he stayed in the car

I noticed myself getting impatient so I started looking around, trying to distract myself

And then my hand just automatically gravitated towards their display of hand soap that was right next to me

I didn't get to finish because they finished shortly after I started, which annoyed me, but at least it looked better than it did when I started

They should have paid me

*****

We have some exciting news in the Muckleroy house

They told Hubby they were getting rid of his shift the beginning of June

Mostly both of the companies are making pretty dumb decisions (in my opinion) and instead of hiring and training more people, they are just getting rid of his shift all together

So the branch in Florida will be the only night shift...lucky them, they're going to have a huge work load

So last week...on Tuesday, I think, he was told that he would be starting his new shift the very next week!!

He got to change 1 weeksish early!!

And then he emailed them back, telling his boss that the typical 1st shift schedule (5:30-2:00) wouldn't work for us because we only have one car and I would have no way to get to work

The response he got?

No problem, work 8:30-5:00

Saweet!!

That means we pretty much have the same schedule, I just start at 8:00 instead

SOOO nice

He asked (well, really told) them if he could have Monday off so he could have one more day to adjust to the change in schedule

They were understanding about it and obviously said yes, but the awesome thing about that is he got paid holiday because of Memorial Day

So he won't have to use his sick days, and his paycheck won't take a hit

I'm a big fan of that

We also just bought a new fridge

Which we are BOTH a big fan of

I'll post a picture of it..next time

It's a nice fridge

We're not sure what to do with all of the room we suddenly have

It's like going from a one bedroom apartment with 8 kids to a 6 bedroom house with 2 kids

Pretty much epicly amazing

So, life is good

We have a new fridge, Hubby has a new schedule...the only thing I can ask for is a day off

Which will be coming soon, I hope

Now if anyone wants to send us some care packages so we can fill our fridge, we would totally let you

And our fridge would love you forever

Hubby and I are going to go to bed now

Together

For the third night in a row!!

Just awesome

Decades later....

Once upon a time...

(last week)

Hubby and and traveled to a very far away land

(Texas...the farthest you can get)

For his sister's wedding

We had a decent time

Spent time with this aunt and cousins, his padres and sisters

We ate LOTS of food...more than my tummy is used to

And attended a very beautiful wedding that had me crying at times

(but let's be honest, that's not hard lately)

I took my laptop with me, intending to blog while I was down there

I used it one night to look for a picture for a friend, which pretty much used up all of my battery

(I don't have the best laptop in the world)

Later during the week, I went to pull out my power cord and lo and behold

I didn't pack it

I tried to turn on my computer, but noooo

It had completely died since I had used it

Rude

So, needless to say, there was no blogging for me in Texas

It was a nice break, getting to actually sleep with Hubby

But I almost wish that never happened, because it just made it so much harder to come back and get back to our normal schedules

But we might have some good news regarding that, he applied for a promotion, which would give him a raise AND a new schedule

....and he just told me that he didn't get it....

So I guess there goes that idea

Dumb people

I highly doubt he'll stay with this company, so I guess we'll see where he goes next

I became an aunt again this week!!

My sister, Tiffany, had a baby boy early Monday morning

3:30ish early

This has been a hard pregnancy for her

She had placenta previa, and then for her last check-up, found out that she also had pre-eclampsia and was admitted to the hospital right then with extreme high blood pressure

The doctor told her that normal levels of protein were 500ish and anything above 5,000 was considered....severe? Dangerous? I don't remember the word he used

Tiff's was at 6,100

Pretty serious

Needless to say, she never left the hospital

Things calmed down after she was admitted and they drugged her up with a bunch of stuff to help her and the baby, and they were hopeful that the baby would last a little bit longer in the womb

Either late Sunday night or early Monday morning, I'm not sure which, the placenta started to pull away and the baby's heart beat dropped considerably

They immediately prepped for surgery, gave Tiff drugs so she wouldn't be awake, and performed the surgery

Baby Boy is a fighter, and about 2 1/2 hours after being born he was able to breathe on his own, allowing them to remove the oxygen

He was only 2 1/2 pounds, very, very tiny

Isn't he so stinkin' adorable??

Of course he is, he's a Platt ;)

Anyway, mom and baby are both doing well

Tiff came home from the hospital a few days ago and Baby Boy is doing amazingly well still

But continued prayers and well wishes on their behalf would be greatly appreciated

*****

The other night Hubby and I were eating homemade taco salads

which, by the way, we're incredibly delicious

And as I was eating some food got stuck in my throat

Now, for some reason, for the last few months my throat sometimes has a hard time swallowing food and pills

So I have to try and remember to swallow small, well chewed bites, but because I've never had this problem in the past, it's hard to remember

And when I take pills I sometimes have to eat some bread or something to get them to go down

Or I just take a few swallows of water and it solves the problem

Well, the other night I had a piece that got really stuck

So, I grabbed the water bottle and swallowed a little

It hardly even budged and it started to hurt

Scared, and not sure what to do, I decided to keep taking small swallows and it kept hurting even more

And it finally got to the point that I had so much water that had nowhere to go, that it just decided to come out of my mouth, and I wasn't even aware that it was coming until it came out

Luckily, something happened that jarred the food enough that it got unstuck, but boy it was scary for a minute, and my stomach was really touchy and queasy the rest of the night

I'm trying to decide if I should ask my doctor about it or not

We'll see

*****

I had other stories to tell you, but this post has taken me about a week and a half to write because I just don't have time and by the time I get home from work and sit on the couch, I am so tired that I fall asleep 9 nights out of 10

(work has been insanely crazy....147 missed calls on one of our office phones because we never had time to sit down at that desk and answer phones insanely crazy....)

And that's while working on my post

SOOOO...

I think it's just better and safer for all involved if I end this post now

Oh, one more thing

My nephew informed my brother on Sunday at dinner that he was fat

And then proceeded to ask Papa Smurf why everyone was laughing at him

Seriously, I just love watching kids grow up, it's so much fun

I can't wait to have some of my own

and no, that is not an announcement

Long time no type

It's been awhile

"since I first saw you...and it's been awhile..."

I go through phases where words or phrases that I say or that I hear spoken remind me of a song

Or the occasional movie

Songs are more prevalent though

I'm not sure exactly what brings it on, but I happen to be going through one of those phases now

There are times when I'm at work and someone will say something and I just want to burst out in song

Occasionally I do when it's just my family, because I'm pretty sure they're used to my weirdness by now, but a lot of the time I choose to save the people around me an eye roll for when it's really important

Like last Friday

That was a day that I probably deserved a few eye rolls

I needed to go to the post office to send out baby shower invitations for my sister's baby shower we are throwing next weekend and I had to send back Hubby's bday present he got me so we could get something different, so I decided to do both at the same time

The invites were all ready to mail out, I just had to get the package ready

Fast forward to the package being ready and me dropping of the invitations at the post office

I am lazy and like to park as close to the door as I can

This time that happened to be in front of the set of windows that they have lining the outer wall that faces the parking lot

I went in, got the stamps, mailed the invites, and left to get in my car to send off the other package

I sat down, put on my seat belt, turned on the car, and started to back up, watching out the windows in front of me to see if there were any cars behind me

I noticed a car coming, so I stopped

I looked behind me, and all of the sudden the car was gone

I faced forward again to continue backing up, and it was then that I realized that the car that I saw coming was my car

All I could do was look at myself in the rear view mirror and tell myself I was dumb

When I dropped off my package at UPS I went to a local frozen yogurt shop to get some for lunch....and they were closed

But it was during the hours they were supposed to be open

Weird

And annoying, as this is not the first time this has happened

It's only the second time, but still, that is so not cool

In much better news, I am officially done with school for the semester!!

Can I just tell you how nice it is to be done and have a break??

Well, of course I can, it's my blog

It's SO nice!!

I have so many things and projects and stuff I want to do this summer, it's going to be hard to finish them all, but I am certainly going to do my darndest

And...my brain died

The last couple of nights after work I've just been so exhausted, so it makes it hard to think

But hopefully now that school is out I'll be able to post more regularly

Except for the fact that next month is the busiest month ever at work

But at least I won't have to do homework when I get home

I'm loving this thought

So I'm going to snuggle with the Hubster

Oh wait, I don't know if I can post a blog without a picture...

Let me see...

Okay, I found something that I once upon a time found slightly humorous

One of my brother's runs the Husqvarna/repair shop at work

Lawn mowers, weed eaters, that kind of stuff

So the other day I walked into his little shop area and saw this

And the first thing that popped in my head was

"Attack of the killer....lawn mowers..."

You know, the song

"Attack of the killer tomatoes..."

But this time lawn mowers?

It's not as funny when I feel like I have to explain it...

But whatever, it made me laugh at the moment

And made me feel bad at the same time because of all of the work he had to do

ANYWAY

Now, I'm going to hang out with the Hubster

Thanks for joining in

Watch out for killer lawn mowers

And watch out for those tricky windows...

The tribal council has spoken

Who knew there were so many people out there with such strong feelings about word verification

Not I said the fly

So we'll try comment moderation for awhile

See how that goes

I just know that something has to give

I just deleted 39 spam comments

And the dumb thing is that they're all on the same posts

It's like those posts have been haunted or something

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT REALLY DRIVES ME CRAZY?

WHEN PEOPLE TYPE IN ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME JUST LIKE THIS

ESPECIALY WHEN THEY HAV SPELING ERORS

Oy it makes my eyes hurt just to look at it

I just want to say to them "Hey!! Stop yelling at me!!"

Cause that's totally what it feels like they're doing

Hubby and I finally got more boxes moved out of our spare bedroom yesterday

We I put away a bunch of books last night (I'm really much too OCD for him to really be able to help with that)

So while I was doing that he put some more stuff away on our new fancy shelving unit that we have

I'll have to take a picture and show you

It's so much better than leaving things all over the counter and our table and the floor in the spare bedroom

Also I finally finished that V-day gift of his

As soon as we hang it tonight I'll take a picture to show you

I took this picture yesterday and it still makes me smile

What a smart kid

And adorable as well

WELL I BETTER GO FIND ME SOME CHOCOLATE TO EAT

IT'S JUST BEN THAT KIN OF A DAY

Hi. My name is Baby Sister, and I like Oreo's.

So, many of you know of my...like...of snow

And maybe I've mentioned this before, but I did not get snow on my wedding day

Which left my relationship with Mother Nature pretty rocky

I told her she had a lot of making up to do

And of course the day that Hubby and I flew to Hawaii for our honeymoon (aka the next day) it snowed

Not cool, M.N., not cool

Luckily, since then we've had a pretty decent winter

She still has a lot of making up to do, but the nice winter did help in that regard

So a few weeks ago as the snow was starting to melt, I noticed a newspaper halfway buried under the snow on Mama Smurf's lawn

I grabbed it and took it inside with me, cause I try to be a good daughter like that

Once I got inside I took it out of the bag to see if it was a recent one and this is what I saw

And I found it in February

That's almost two months under snow

I really hope that my parents weren't wanting to read the news that day

Or that there wasn't anything terribly important going on

In other news

hahahaha...I didn't even do that intentionally....

My blog is being taken over by anonymous, spam comments

as if to cement that, I just got another one...

And no matter what I do, they won't stop coming

I currently have 24 in my spam folder

But before that I had

28+31+19+7+10+19

that is how I have it written on a sticky note on my desktop...I'm awesome like that

And that's only within the last month

So, any suggestions my friends?

I would ban anonymous comments in general, but every once in a while I get a real, true anonymous comment

So I'm considering changing my comment settings

Maybe I'll go back to the word verification

Or there's always comment moderation

I'm still kind of on the fence about what to do

If any of you have some magic spells or anything to make the spammers go away, that would be great

On the other hand, I think I have a problem

That is the top shelf of our main cupboard

And it's full of Oreo's

Now, some of those are leftovers from our wedding reception

thank heavens they last so long, huh?

But the others? All.my.doing.

We have

So, at least they're not all of the same variety, right??

That totally makes it better

Unfortunately for some of those there is more than one bag per variety

Plus another golden mega stuf that's here at work

I still blame the Double Stuf on the fact that not enough people came to the reception to eat them, and those that were there didn't eat enough

The tragedy of it all

But the Mega Stuf? That is all me

Did you know they came out with Mega Stuf Oreos??

I didn't until my cousin told my sister who told me

And then the search was on

And FINALLY Wallie World had them

As did Target

I can't find them anywhere anymore...sad...*tear*

And let me tell you, they are amazing!!

It's like heaven in a cookie

I like them because there's just enough cream that I'm not as tempted to eat more that two or three like I would be with the Double Stuf

It's the special edition Oreo's that really get me into trouble

Hence the multiple bags of Mega Stuf

I prefer the chocolate cookies over the golden, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do

And no, Oreo is not endorsing me for writing about their awesomness in bags

Though I wish they would

They would just have to let me keep the bags elsewhere

Obviously I don't have the room for them

The novel I never meant to write

I swear the Universe is against my blog

Every time I sit down to write, or think about writing, or have a spare moment, something happens to cause me to not write

And then everything I wanted to write about seems obsolete and it just doesn't really matter anymore

And it's so far in the past that, really, I can't remember all of the details and I know I'll have a hard time making it interesting

And we just moved the majority of my stuff from Mama Smurf's house to my apartment, which means I have more stuff to go through

Which means that is where my evenings will be spent when I'm not doing homework and cooking dinner and washing dishes

By the way? Hubby and I are on a roll with dishes now

I wash the night dishes after he leaves for work, and he washes the morning dishes after he eats breakfast

And on the nights when we have time, we wash dinner dishes together

I'm liking this new system

I may have more dishes to wash than he does the majority of the time, but not as many as there were before, so it's not as overwhelming

(except for yesterday/last night when I washed about 7 different rounds of dishes...bleh)

Now we just need to stick with the system and I'll be happy as a peach

(because, really, "i'll be happy as a clam"? clam's aren't happy...they're sea food, they're gross. peaches are delicious, and therefore happy)

I was going to tell you this story about how me and three of my sisters went to work late one night to find my sister's phone

And no matter where we looked we couldn't find it

So we all stood as still as stone in a different spot in the store and listened while I dialed her number

And kept rotating until we had covered all of the spots

And we still couldn't find it

So we decided to check the back office where my sister, brother, and cousin work

And it ended up being back there the whole time

It was a funny night

And I know it seems like I just told you that story, but you see I was going to tell details and probably exaggerate a lot and make it more entertaining

But that was so last week

And that is the only story I remember that I was going to tell you

I'm awesome, I know

So, I think instead I'm going to tell you about my awesome V-Day and then look at my phone and see if I have any pictures that I NEED to share

So, I ended up having the day off with the way the week worked and everyone else's schedule

But that happened to be the night Mama Smurf wanted to move everything out

So the first half of my day was filled with filling bags and Hubby's car with stuff so I could get a jump start on moving things over

I knew Hubby had made plans for the evening, so I thought if I moved stuff over before, then there wouldn't be as much and I wouldn't feel as guilty if we were a little bit late

Plus Mama Smurf asked me to clean out the rest of my closet, so I had to get that done

I woke him up about 30 minutes early, thinking we could get a jump start and then maybe we wouldn't even be late to the moving party at all

But silly me, it was V-Day and that meant he wanted to snuggle with me and take his time

Which I am totally okay with, I was just feeling a little pressure to get done whatever he had in mind and get over to Mama Smurf's house

He finally got up to get ready, and I kept working on trying to finish his V-Day gifts

Because I'm a slacker and even though I had everything way before V-Day I kept putting it off until the night before, but then I got bit by the cleaning bug so I was up until midnight cleaning instead

And by that point I wasn't feeling very romantic or cute, so I figured I should wait until the next day to finish

Not thinking it would take as long as it took to move things over to our apartment, of course

Anyway, there's one gift that I knew wouldn't be done in time (and still isn't, actually...I should get on that) but the rest I worked really hard to finish

Except I was also in the middle of something else, so it look longer than it should have

ANYWAY

Point of the story, I finished one of them before we left and gave it to him

This:

Isn't that awesome??

I found the idea on the internet, and I knew he loved the candy, so I thought it would be cute and clever

And I was right, he pretty much loved it

I told him I wanted him to open the rest later, so we left and went to dinner instead

BAJIO'S!!

I tell you, this boy knows me very well

After Bajio's he took me to Blickenstaff's

This is where I was colored impressed

He had remembered that the last time we went (ages ago) there were a bunch of things I wanted but I didn't buy any of them

So he told me I could buy anything I wanted

I almost fell on the floor because, while that is nice, it is also hard for me to pick just one thing in a store like that

And what do you know, he ended up buying me two new games because I couldn't decide on one

These two:

I'm so excited to crack them open and play :)

Then he took me to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

At this point I was swooning and would have given him anything he asked for

Even my first born son

Hehehehe...do you see what I did there?

Anyway...

He got me 6 chocolate covered strawberries, and some other nummy chocolate goodness like mint truffles and mint covered oreos

Again, he knows me VERY well

And then

(no, we're not done yet)

He took me to Color Me Mine

This is what we made

(mine is the green/yellow/orange one...his is the chocolate one)

Pretty much he spoiled me, and pretty much we had a great day, and pretty much it was awesome

Then we came back and helped the guys unload the trucks that were full of my stuff

And our house turned into a maze again

*sigh*

One day...

After they left I gave Hubby his other two items

This

and

This

And let me just say he loved them

The bacon shirt reaction was probably my favorite

He laughed and laughed and laughed

It was awesome

He got me roses on Saturday, which were beautiful

He asked for all red, but the lady was just closing up, so I'm guessing she didn't really hear him

But that's okay, they are beautiful (well, were, they died very quickly after receiving them...unlike last years, which actually lasted awhile)

He also left me little notes by my computer with heart shaped chocolate all week

Like so

And then on the last day

I got that and

Sticky notes with reasons why he loved me stuck all around one of my monitors

Like so

It was probably one of the cutest, sweetest things ever

Anyway...

All in all it was a nice day/week

He took the night off of work too, so even though he still had to stay up late to keep his schedule on track, it wasn't as late as normal, which I am always a big fan of

****

I'm sitting here writing this post with 4 different rice bags scattered around my body

I'm back in the greenhouses again for a few weeks while our greenhouse manager has her baby, and then once she's back full time and her life settles down I'll go back up to the store

But my body is not really used to this anymore, and today was a rough day

She had an appointment to see if she was close to delivering, and then we were going to get some more planting done

Little did I know my day was about to change drastically...

Her due date is sometime next week, and she was planning on working up until she had the baby, so I was expecting to not have to be in charge for a few more days

And that's when I had a huge, ginormous, and very soft rug pulled out from under me

Her blood pressure was dangerously high and it concerned the doctors so they wanted her to have the baby

That day

Really probably before that from how bad it sounded, but obviously that wasn't going to happen

Anyway, she came and told me what was going on, went to tell my brother and cousin (her boss...and...half boss? co-worker? i'm not sure exactly what the primo is to her) and then left to go to the hospital

My plan was to go to the back and finish planting baskets and water and then help at the store until it was time to go home

I always have these great plans, but they always end up being more difficult than I plan

Our planting book where all of the numbers are kept and we keep record of everything was in her office

And I couldn't find my key

My sister had gotten rid of her copy, my brother didn't have one, and the door refused to let me card it

Rude

I had seen the key just a week or so ago, and I thought I remembered putting it in one of my keepsake boxes to keep it safe

But when I couldn't find it in there, I knew I was up a creek without a paddle

My last option was Mama Smurf's house, maybe I had grabbed it to put it one of my keepsake boxes, but had gotten distracted and hadn't actually done it

Because that never happens

Psh

I called Mama Smurf and was telling her my dilemma, and she brought up a box, wondering if it was in there

I thought she was referring to my boxes that I was thinking of

And I already knew they weren't in there

Still, I went to her house to look because really, it wouldn't hurt anything to just check

After searching and searching and searching I decided I wasn't going to find it there

And then I saw a box

I almost didn't look in it, I didn't think there would be anything in there because I didn't remember putting it in there

And lo and behold, it was

All of this very long drawn out nonsensical jibber jabber took about an hour

By the time I got back to work it was almost lunch time

All I really had to work on that day was baskets though, and I didn't think we had all of the plant material for all of them, so I didn't think I would be back there very long so I just decided to forgo lunch until the baskets were done

That was a very bad idea, my friends

(i didn't end up eating lunch that day...poor spaghetti felt so neglected...)

Turns out we did have all of the plant material

Turns out I was able to plant all of the baskets

Well, almost all but that's a different story and this tale is already ridiculous

While I was planting the baskets and I was about 3/4 of the way done, FedEx showed up

And told me he had 18 boxes for me

...

I wanted to just curl up in a ball right there and quit

And this guy is ALWAYS ornery with me and kind of expected me to go out and help him, so I did

While I was finishing up a couple came looking for me

By name

Now, most people don't know me by name around here unless they're a family friend or something

I'm not an official manager, I don't oversee a specific area of the business, I always defer people to my siblings because I'm good at that and because I'm not very confident in a lot of things that go on here

So when people come asking for me by name, it always makes my guard come up a little

They were bringing in baskets for us to pot up

(we offer that every spring...people bring in their pots/baskets, tell us what they want in them [or that they don't care] and we pot them up and keep them in our greenhouses until about Mother's Day and they come pick them up)

That is not something I've ever done

I've helped, but it's always been either Mr Boss Man or the new Boss Lady of the greenhouse that has overseen that and been in charge

Mr Boss Man doesn't work here anymore, and Boss Lady was in the hospital getting ready to have a baby

So they kind of expected me to do it

And they wanted it done yesterday so they could be big and beautiful by the time May came around

I reassured them that we were just barely starting our own baskets and they were the first people that had brought any in, so they would be just fine

Plus, we don't even have the majority of our plant material in yet

It's just starting to come

So they're way safe

But that, compounded with the 18 boxes, compounded with the fact that I JUST WANTED TO FINISH THE BASKETS, compounded with the fact that I still had to water, and I was the only one back there?

Made for a very long and stressful day

My feet hurt (water boots = bad comfort), my shoulders hurt, my head hurt, my back hurt, and Boss Lady wasn't going to be back for another two weeks and that meant all. of. the. responsibility. was. on. my. shoulders.

*sigh*

It's going to be a long two weeks

Hence the 4 different rice bags scattered all over my body

I didn't get off work until 6:30 that night...so I had worked a 10 1/2 hour day

And I hadn't even done everything I needed to

Turns out I couldn't water because the pipe was exploding with water

And I didn't even unbox (yes, unbox...just go with it) all of the 18 ridiculous boxes before I left

I opened them to make sure they could breathe, and I unboxed all that I could fit on the tables and left it at that

Needless to say I stopped and got pizza for dinner on the way home

I'm not trying to be too grouchy about it, it's just the fact that it all. happened. within. the. same. day.

Boss Lady having her baby, 18 boxes coming in, watering to do that couldn't be done, first special order that was on my shoulders, and the next week (aka this week) was (aka is) a huge seeding week

I honestly don't know how she survives

I think it's probably she likes doing it

I am just doing it because I'm the only one that can and has the know how

I was offered the job at one point and turned it down because I didn't want that stress and I was done working in the cold/heat and dirt

So they gave it to Boss Lady instead

And she is SUCH a better fit for it, I'll tell you that much right now

She has just enough obsessive compulsiveness to make it work, but not too much to have it be a hindrance

I have SO much obsessive compulsiveness in certain areas (and those areas happen to pertain to that world) that it just wouldn't be good

For most things anyway

I could keep it really clean, but that would be a hourly chore with all of the dust and dirt and everything else that is flying around the air every second of every day

And Boss Lady is a really clean, organized person anyway so she's got that covered

Well, I think I've bored you sufficiently with work stories

I'm sure your eyes glazed over about 1/4 of the way into this post

Or you fell asleep

Or you just scrolled to the end so you could say you made it to the end

And that's okay

Just send me some chocolate and I'll forgive you

I have one more story and then I'll let you go

But this one is quick, and it's funny, and I feel like this needs to be ended on a funny note, so here we go

I have a niece that is called Sami by most of the family

She's...4? 5? Somewhere around there

I have 2 sisters that got married...2 years ago? I think? Maybe this will be the 3rd year? Something like that

Tiff (one of the above mentioned sisters) was with Sami the other day and this is the conversation that ensued (to the best of my memory, anyway):

Sami: You and Cory didn't wait very long to have a baby

(what she doesn't know is my sister has been trying for a long time to have a baby and has had 2 unsuccessful pregnancies [one of them turning into a molar pregnancy], so this pregnancy is pretty big)

Tiff: I know, we just want to start having kids

Sami: When are Aaron and Amanda going to have kids?

(that was weird writing out his actual name on here...)

Tiff: When they're ready, I guess

Sami: They're taking FOREVER!!

Tiff: Well, they did just get married Sami

Sami: I know but they're taking FOREVER!! And you and Cory were really fast (or something to that extent)

Lol

So now three (almost) months is too long, but 2-3 years is too fast

I love how the minds of children work, it's so entertaining

One more, with a picture, then I promise I'll be done

Hubby was making us some hot chocolate a few weeks ago and pulled out the marshmallows to put in the cups

This is where he put them

I told him I didn't think I would be able to drink that much hot chocolate

And if I did I would be REALLY sick for a VERY long time and gain 500 pounds

Not the best idea in my mind

He very graciously moved them to my cup

After sticking his tongue out at me, of course

We are such kids

I'm off to work

Any chocolate you can spare I will gladly accept

Just send it to the greenhouses, I'm sure I'll get it

If not, at least someone will and as long as they're not allergic to chocolate I'm sure they'll be very grateful

Just not as grateful as me, I'm sure
