Sunday words

I feel like it's been ages since I've posted quotes...so here we go :)

"There is no pleasure in having nothing to do; the fun is in having lots to do and not doing it."

- Mary Wilson Little

"I only know two pieces; one is 'Clair de Lune' and the other one isn't."

- Victor Borge

"Music is the only language in which you cannot say a mean or sarcastic thing."

- John Erskine

And the word of the day is: homograph

A word of the same written form as anther but of different meaning, whether pronounced the same way or not.

"She would pronounce the English word with a real fear, and found its close French homograph absurd, stupidly naval and military."

Dictionary.com has such interesting sentences with their words...

I hope you all had a fabulous Sunday!!

Night!!

That first quote is sooooo true. Sometimes just sitting there procrastinating is the most delicious, guilty feeling!

The third quote is my favorite. I had never thought of it that way! Hope you got some good snooze-time.

Quote 1 cannot get any truer than this! Having nothing to do can drive you insane.
