When I ruled the world...

I was able to drink hot chocolate all the time and have a money tree growing in my yard and own all the slippers and sweatpants I wanted

Oh wait, that didn't happen...

Anyway, I got my first award of the year the other day!!

My friend Powdered Toast Man over at 'Just the Cheese' must think I have worthwhile things to say on occasion and gave me this wonderful award

Thank you PTM!!

So, the award comes with some questions, and here I go answering them:

Question #1: If you blog anonymously, are you happy doing this? If you aren't anonymous, do you wish you started out anonymously, so that you could be anonymous now?

No, I don't blog anonymously...some days I wish I had, but most days I'm happy with the fact that people know me

Option B: Describe an incident that shows your inner stubborn side:

Well...mine isn't really inner...it's very much outer. But, an example could be from my post yesterday about the dude....Boyfriend considers it stubborn that I wanted my food even though they closed and the guy was mentally handicapped...

...

But seriously, come on!! It was ridiculous!!

Okay, sorry, moving on...

Numbero tres: What do you see when you really look at yourself in the mirror?

Bushy eyebrows that REALLY need a waxing...

Section 4: What is your favorite summer cold drink?

Water or apple juice...I know, I'm boring, but you should have all accepted this by now

Choice 5: When you take time for yourself, what do you do?

Depends on the day...read a book, work on my puzzle or cross-stich, read some blogs, take a nap...

Option 6: Is there something that you still want to accomplish in your life?

A lot of somethings...travel the world, build an amazing library, get married one day, go to Hawaii, buy an actual desk for my computer...

Thing 7: When you attended school, were you the class clown, the class overachiever, the shy person, or always ditching?

Ummmm...well I would consider myself...I loved most of my teachers, so maybe that would make me a teacher's pet? I was kinda shy though too....I don't know. People that knew me in HS? What do you think??

Coisa 8: If you close your eyes and want to visualize a very poignant moment in your life, what would you see?

When I lived in Spain...that was definitely one of them

Cosa 9: Is it easy for you to share your true self in your blog, or are you more comfortable writing posts about other people and events?

I'm comfortable writing about everything and anything...I do try to keep it light and always be happy, but that doesn't mean that some days I won't be...I am very much myself in what I write

The Big Daddy 10: If you had the choice to sit down and read a book or talk to someone on the phone, which would you do and why?

No offense to anyone out there, but I would definitely choose the book. I'm such a book worm and I don't make enough time to read as it is, so any extra reading time is great!!

Now, to give it to three blogs I love...

The first one is Julie over at Engine3

She is always so happy and sweet...I just love her blog!!

Next is Robyn over at Life By Chocolate

A girl after my own heart, a chocolate lover who is just fabulous!!

And, last but not least, jayaycee over at jayaycee blog

This woman is amazingly talented and she loves Gilmore Girls as much as I do. What more can a girl ask for? :)

Now, the pictures of my computer are right...

here:

I had blue fans, but Boyfriend was looking for parts for his new computer and found me some purple ones!! :D The pictures don't really do them justice, just trust me when I say they're very purple and very pretty :)

Alright, it's late and I have to get up early

I hope you all had a good Friday and enjoy your weekend!!

Night!!

Buying a desk for your computer. You are really shooting for the stars..lol

I don't know the two blogs you awarded, I will have to check them out. Robyn def deserves her award. Me and her are blogging buddies. I think she would give me a kidney if I needed one.

you nutbutt, you should just get you a little desk for your computer. before I moved my computer to my nook, I just had it on a wooden tv tray. I know, I'm weird.

As a person who knew you very well in high school, I'd have to go with slacker/teacher's pet. You did the work, but with the least amount of effort possible--which usually meant extorting your relationship with your teachers to get out of work. Is there an option for lazy teacher's pet? 'Cause I'd go with that one. ;)

I think this Q & A session made for one of my favorite posts on your blog! It felt really good to read! :) :)

Yay for my friends getting awards!! :)

The purple fans on your computer look hip and disco-like. :D
