I love all the things I learn from you. The wine things were very informative. Can't wait for next week.
Thanks Dazee. :) I love learning random stuff like this! It's so much fun!
The more you swirl, the more flavors will be released. Also, when you sip your wine, you should swish it or some prefer to even chew it in your mouth. That way, wine settles on all the taste buds, bringing out its full flavor. Different kinds of wines should be served in differently shaped glasses depending on their type. Red wine should always be decanted whenever possible and left to breathe. The longer it settles into room temperature and aerates, the more it will open up and have more flavor. I've got more wine knowledge if you need it.
Sad thing is, it's so hot in my office, my candy bar melted completley... on my desk!!
Joann! Look how smart you are!! Now I know who to go to for my wine-knowledge-lacking needs. :)I hate when that happens Kaleena...my work can be like that too...it's annoying!
Wow, so much wine info. I cannot imagine holding just the stem of the glass. And I swirl every thing and anything, coffee included. On that note, I must drink some coffee. Yummm.
Me either Girl...enjoy your coffee!! :)
ok how do you come up with these, they crack me up!
I feel much smarter after reading your blog. Wow!
